Pehoski Purple garlic is a hard-neck, marbled purple stripe variety with 5 to 7 cloves per bulb. Hot flavored garlic when raw that is mild after cooking. Produces large sized bulbs, great all-purpose garlic. Long storing garlic if cured and stored properly.
